It starts on the day of delivery. From the day you receive your Lilysilk pillowcase, you can test it risk-free for 100 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition. You do not need the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillowcases (missing parts). Lilysilk never resells used items, your returned pillowcase will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Our 100 night trial is strictly limited to one return per household per year.

No. Only the purchase via the page https://pillowcase.lilysilk.com/pillowcase.html can be returned within 100 days and this program only applys to 22MM and 25MM pillowcases. Other cases are not applied to the 100-Night Trial Policy .
